Where the events will be held?
The University of Warsaw & Foundation of IT Development are proud to host the ICPC Europe Championship in 2026. All events will take place at the Faculty of Management University of Warsaw.
6th February – 8th February 2026
Will accommodation, transportation, and meals be provided?
Accommodation and transportation will not be provided.
Some meals will be provided – please refer to the Schedule for details.
Below we recommend two hotels where the organizers have negotiated a discount.

May I bring family or guests?
Family members and guests are welcome to spectate the competition. However, their accommodation, transportation, and meals are not covered by the organisers. All related expenses must be covered by them, and they must arrange their own transportation.
What are the current mask/COVID-19 restrictions?
There are no COVID-19-related restrictions at the University of Warsaw. The University community is encouraged to maintain good health practices such as regular handwashing, avoiding touching the face, and staying home when feeling unwell. Wearing a mask is optional.
What can I expect from this event?
An exciting mix of learning, competitive programming, and valuable opportunities to connect with industry professionals!

All special requests should be entered into the ICPC Registration System no later than 15 January 2026.

Does the University of Warsaw provide Wi-Fi across the campus?
Yes! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Please connect to the eduroam network. If eduroam is not an option, alternative free Wi-Fi will be provided.
Are all events mandatory?
Please check the official and final Schedule on the ICPC EUC website. Mandatory activities will be marked with an asterisk (*).
May I bring food onto the contest floor?
No food or beverages are allowed on the contest floor.
