ICPC European Championship Event – Health & Safety Information

ICPC is aware that there is still a possibility for COVID and other communicable diseases to spread, especially in large groups. We ask that each of you assess your own risk level, and take appropriate precautions, which could include bringing your own protective gear and/or home tests. On-site, we will follow the recommendation of public health officials.

We highly recommend that each individual obtain private travel insurance that would cover any medical expenses such as medical treatment, meals, hotel, travel interruption/rescheduling and all other associated costs that you might incur due to COVID or any other health issue. ICPC will not be covering any of these costs.

Each person who is travelling to Prague for the 2024 ICPC European Championship should check with their airlines or any other public conveyance for any travel requirements or restrictions.

By participating in this event, you are agreeing to the following:

● Your participation in this event is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with your participation, including potential health risks.

● You agree to be respectful of everyone’s health choices of whether or not to use masks, social distance, etc.

● You agree to cooperate if you are asked to be evaluated by the medical personnel and submit to any requested tests.
