Dear ICPC EUC 2026 Participants,
We will meet in just two days, on Friday, February 6, 2026.
Registration will be open on Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:45 PM.
In exceptional cases, and only after prior notification, registration will also be possible on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM.
For contestants
1. During registration, contestants must present an identity document and submit a written certificate confirming their student status. These certificates will be collected for documentation purposes.
2. According to the rules, the only written/printed materials allowed in the contest room are:
- three printed copies of the Team Reference Document (TRD), brought by the team, an
- a dictionary for translation purposes during the contest.
TRDs and dictionaries must be delivered during the practice session and left in the contest room for the Sunday contest.
All these materials must meet the requirements described at: https://icpc.global/worldfinals/on-site-registration
There will be no possibility to print TRDs on site.
3. Contestants are required to wear official contest T-shirts visibly during team photos, the contest on Sunday, and the closing ceremony.
For everyone
While staying at the contest venue, everyone must wear their badge in a visible way so it can be easily read.
Our sponsors have prepared many attractions. We encourage you to visit their booths. Therefore, we recommend arriving at the venue earlier rather than later on Friday.
It is winter, so keeping the venue clean will require a lot of work from the cleaning staff. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding.
We are saving paper and therefore will not print materials that are available on the contest website: euc.icpc.global. Please read them in advance and keep them on your electronic devices.
On Sunday, two live streams will be available online — one from the contest and one from the closing and award ceremony. The links are provided below. I would appreciate it if you could share this information within your communities.
CHAMPIONSHIP CONTEST: live stream starts at 9:10 AM
CLOSING & AWARD CEREMONY: live stream starts at 4:55 PM
Best regards,

Dear Participants of the 3rd European University Championship in Team Programming – ICPC EUC 2026,
In just four days, on February 6, 2026, we will meet in Warsaw. As the organizers, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you and we hope that your stay will be successful and enjoyable in every way.
We are doing our best to make the contest an event of the highest organizational and academic quality. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the weather. It is winter in Warsaw. Although the temperatures during the contest days will not be extremely low, they will be below zero. On Friday, February 6, temperatures are expected to range from -1°C to 2°C, and on Sunday, February 8, from -4°C to -18°C. Freezing rain is possible on Friday, and the streets may be slippery. Please be careful and take the weather into account when planning your travel around the city, so that you can arrive everywhere on time.
Attached to this message are three files for download:
Team lists with workstation assignments
ICPC EUC 2026 Technical Arrangements
Please read these documents before arriving at the Championship. We do not plan to print or distribute these files during the competition.
We plan to provide a live online broadcast of the contest and the closing ceremony on Sunday. The streams will be available on the contest website: https://euc.icpc.global/. The website will also show the live scoreboard, updated continuously. We also encourage you to visit the Championship website regularly and follow the news section, where important last-minute information will be published.
I wish you all a safe and smooth journey to Warsaw and, of course, great success in the contest.
Best regards,
Krzysztof Diks
